Custom section

An empty section that takes any of the theme's content blocks, for a layout the other sections do not have.

What it does

A section with a color scheme, a width, padding and an optional background image, and nothing else: the content is entirely the blocks you add. It is the theme’s blank canvas.

When to use it

A block of text over a background image, a row of statistics with a button, an app block that needs its own section. Everything else has a section of its own.

Blocks

All of the theme’s content blocks, and app blocks.

Setting it up

  1. Pick a Color scheme and, if you want one, a Background image.
  2. Add blocks in the order they should appear.

Tips

  • Every block the theme has is available here: heading, text, button, key point, stats, specs, collapsible row, video, image, and the app blocks of your installed apps.
  • Use it for the one section that needs a shape Rich text and Image with text do not offer. If you find yourself building the same custom section three times, tell us; it should be a section.
